Refund policy

1. Nature of the product

Globalplumbtech is an online-only digital subscription. There is no physical product and no shipment. You are paying for access to a software service that returns identification impressions.

2. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period, and credits remain usable until then.

3. Refund eligibility

• Free plan: no charge, so no refund applies.
• First charge: if you are dissatisfied, contact us within 14 days of a new subscription charge and we will review a refund, provided the monthly credits have not been substantially used.
• Renewals: renewal charges are generally non-refundable once the new period begins, but contact us if you were charged in error.

4. What is not refundable

Credits already consumed to generate identification records are not refundable, because the digital service has been delivered. We do not offer refunds on the basis that an identification was an impression rather than an exact match — this limitation is disclosed throughout the service.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@globalplumbtech.shop from the address on your account with your request and reason. We aim to respond within a reasonable period and will issue approved refunds to the original payment method in USD.

6. Statutory rights & governing law

Nothing here limits non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law. This policy is governed by the laws of Florida, USA.
