These terms govern your use of the Globalplumbtech AI part & fitting identifier. By using the service you agree to them.

1. The service

Globalplumbtech is an online-only digital service that returns an AI identification impression for plumbing parts and fittings. It does not sell physical parts, dispatch technicians, or perform repairs or installations. It is provided by GLOBAL PLUMBING & TECHNICIANS LLC, 3218 NW 43rd Place, Oakland Park, FL 33309, USA(company number NO_NUMBER).

2. No professional or repair advice

Output is an impression, not professional advice and not instructions. You must verify physical specifications yourself and engage a licensed professional for gas, pressurized, or main-line work. We provide no repair, removal, or installation steps. See the AI disclaimer.

3. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. The service is not for children under 13; users aged 13–17 require verifiable guardian consent.

4. Subscriptions, credits & billing

  • Plans: Free ($0/mo), Tech ($13/mo), and Pro ($42/mo).
  • All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
  • Each plan grants monthly identification credits that reset each cycle and do not roll over.
  • Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the paid period.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to derive repair or installation instructions from it, resell it without permission, or use it for unlawful purposes.

6. Intellectual property

The service, its content, and branding belong to GLOBAL PLUMBING & TECHNICIANS LLC. You retain rights to images you submit and grant us a limited licence to process them to provide the service.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including accuracy of any identification. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GLOBAL PLUMBING & TECHNICIANS LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from acting on an impression without verification.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our refund policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
